All club merchandise is supplied through our official merchandising partner and valued sponsor, ROPA Atletic.

To streamline logistics and minimise delivery costs for our members, we place one consolidated bulk order on the first day of each month.

​

Orders typically arrive at the clubhouse within 10–12 business days from the date the bulk order is submitted. Once received, items will be sorted and distributed as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT:
To be included in the upcoming monthly order, purchases must be completed by the 30th of the current month.

​

Orders placed on or after the 1st of the month will roll over to the following month’s bulk order. This means ordering on (for example) the 2nd of a month may result in a wait of several weeks before the next order is submitted.

 

Please keep this timeframe in mind when purchasing to avoid disappointment.
