Congratulations Noah Spry
Noah Spry's 2019 year in football began back in October 2018, representing Riverina U12 Boys at the NSW State titles in Sydney.
This served as as a pathway for... 1. invitation into the Talent Support Program (TSP) run by Football NSW 2. invitation to attend a FNSW NSW Country U13 Boys camp at Valentine Park in April 2019. The camps, as well as the TSP, serve as the pathway for selection into the NSW Country U13 & 14 Boys Teams to play at the 2019 FFA National Youth Championships (NYC), in Coffs Harbour. Following participation in 2 camps and a training / selection match in Goulburn, against Capital Football (ACT's team for NYC) Noah was successful in gaining selection for the NSW Country team. Noah also trialled and gained selection into the Football VIC Talent Identification and Development Centre (TIDC) program. From this he was invited to attend VIC Country squad selection training, match and camp events. He was part of the AWFA Representative U13 Boys team for 2019; a team under the guidance of AWFA Rep joint Coach of the Year, Eddie Waslander. This team reached the semi-finals of the Bathurst Cup, after winning all their group matches; and were undefeated Champions at both Riverina Branch and Vic Country Championships. This very strong squad of boys have 4 representatives (including Noah) in the NSW Country U13 Boys side. Under Mitch Carter's guidance @ St Pats FC, Noah has captained the U13 Boys to a strong year; finals locked in. He was also selected by Phil Page as part of the squad for St Pats U16 boys where he has played his role in their league topping season. Hopefully, with more success to come in Finals. Noah was voted by his U13 St Pats team mates as Player's Player and was also recognised by St Pats Executive as the recipient of the 2019 Stevens Family Award for Junior Development. What a big year in football!! Well done Noah, congratulations on your achievements this year and best of luck at Nationals in September / October. Dream Big and Work Hard
